Write a case analysis of "Scaling AI Literacy at Pinewood Community College" using the six-step framework. Your analysis should read as the plan Jordan will send Dr. Castillo at the end of the week, with an executive summary she can read in two minutes.

Requirements

1,800 to 2,400 words, with an executive summary of no more than 200 words at the top and a heading for each of the six steps.
Cite evidence from the case at every step, including the survey data.
Apply at least three concepts from Modules 1 through 4 by name. Learner analysis and the distinction between what learners request and what the performance requires must appear.
In step 4, propose at least three alternatives; one must include the vendor option and one must address the adjunct and disciplinary differences explicitly. For each, estimate cost against the $40,000 budget.
In step 5, include a response to the March deadline and a plan for involving at least one of: the champions, the library, the Senate committee.
In step 6, describe what evidence you would present to the accreditor and how you would know by May whether the initiative worked.
APA 7 for outside sources. AI-use disclosure if applicable. Given the topic, you are encouraged to use an AI tool for some part of your process and to reflect briefly on what it contributed and where it was wrong.
